Question #1878: I feel like I m in complete darkness

A person has molested my sister and since the country I live is a very corrupt country,the offender has got away with no punishment at all ,The bastard is living happily while my sister is dying inside out with no no fault of hers..I cannot see my sister dying a slow death ..We have tried all legal ways,but my BS country has all loop holes where these criminals easily escape .My sister needs justice ..

Of all the religions ,I searched ,only SS makes sense to me .I have only very recently joined SS and doing basic 40 day day meditation..How do I punish this criminal where this physical judiciary system has failed my sister ,I really don't know
