Hello. I began my hatha routine again after a break due to recovering from an injury, but didn't check the calendar until today, and realised that it was during a VoC. What do I do? Thank you.

I think it is fine, as the moon cannot stifle the physical aspect of moving energy within the soul. In that way, it is not like your efforts were meaningless or something.

However, you can restart your hatha yoga during a normal moon and after you are done, do an affirmation such as "This exercise has advanced my soul, in a very positive way." This is just a broad programming of the energy involved, which is enough to turn the event into a "new event".

Perhaps you can do the above through your own will anyway, or perhaps it doesn't matter. When I had thought about this topic, it is also important to think about how in the ancient past, people were able to advance without having 24/7 knowledge of the void moons.

That does not mean that it is necessarily good to start things on a void moon, but perhaps it means lesser actions are not rendered totally useless.
