The more you dedicated, the more they care.
This does not make any injustice, as a lot of new comers could leave after like a month, so they won't do much for nobody.
However the newly dedicated get a guardian tho.
And after, as much as you done, the more they will be proud of you, and the more they will care about you, the relationship gets stronger.
