Why is there no backstory of what is happening in the Ministry - where did the corrupted being, and indeed the Gods themselves, Satan, come from? How did nature allow the creation of such cruel creatures as the corrupted being and why are they needed, what is their purpose, why do they want to destroy humans? I don't think they want to destroy for the sake of destroying, there must be a reason for their behaviour. And where did Satan come from? Why doesn't the Ministry talk about it? Who is the originator/customer of the reptiloid atrocities?

Where did Satan's parents come from? Who created them? Were they Gods too?

They were born from their parents, their parents were born from their grandparents ad infinitum until they go back to lesser species that they evolved from. There's no Jehova-like all-powerful creator being, as it is required that this being must have been created by some other being.

Honestly, I thought Satan was created by Magic, which has always existed. I mean, originally He was some sort of clot of powerful energy, a spirit, then he took on a physical body and created humans...

He is not a cloud of energy, nor was in he in the past. Who told you this? Not having a body is the opposite of being powerful, as an entire aspect of you would be missing.
