You're probably just "overloaded" with energy because you're not used to handling such strong energy levels.

this happened to be b4, you probably took a few too many breaths of fire during ur mediation. when i was first starting out with fire, i decided itd be a good idea to take 20 breaths of fire and not let any out, and i ended up laid up in bed for a few days.

when your done working with fire, release some of the active energy out so that it doenst burn up inside you.
