proper pronunciation of gd's

I just found out the name of another one of my GD's. I was asking what to do as my life is in danger and they told me via pendulum. I asked if it was one of my other two GD's, and they said no, so I went thru the procedure and they said their name is Qyanyan.. Does anyone know how to pronounce this ?? I pronounced it and they said no. Is right name written ?? yes.. so it is the way I pronounced.. yes..
Help, they want no gift, but I would like to say thank you and pronounce their name right..
