Proof.

I am an atheist. However I am open to the idea of a creator. Really the only reason for my atheism is the lack of proof for any of the religions that I have researched. So I am here to ask if there is a way to prove that all of this is real.

Just take this into account though, when we talk about a creator, we are speaking of the creator of humans not the creation of the universe. We don't know who created the universe.
