" I got tested for the corona virus and it show up positive. That was some weeks ago. It was a mild case. Mostly sinus congestion systems. Then I had my blood work for sugar, cholesterol, and other stuff. My doctor says I still have high levels of Prolactin levels. I researched what that is and I've been having some of the symptoms. Such as vaginal issues and loss of sex drive. Also my periods are very weird and it burns horribly when I pee during that time which cause many issues vaginally. I know my stress levels are high at times. During sex my vagina doesn't stretch like it should and makes sex very uncomfortable and I tear a little which takes a lot of time to heal. I was over wiegh when all this started. I've lost 10 pounds and slowly things are going back to normal but my stress levels are still high and still experiencing pain and a little bleeding during sex. I have been eating better and healthier also.
Is there anything else I can do, any more info will help too.
Thanks"

Not sure how prolactin ties in, although I know the liver is responsible for removing excess estrogenic compounds. Sinus issues and a lack of ability of the liver suggest dampness and/or liver stagnation, although other symptoms would support the liver stagnation. Being overweight suggests dampness as well.

Burning pee and lack of elasticity suggest heat in the lower part of the body. Burning pee is heat in the bladder. High-stress levels can indicate general heat in the body.

Dampness can be solved mainly through exercise or yang yoga, or breath of fire, plus a kapha-removing diet. Remove all junk food, white bread, excess sugars. Normal carbs are fine, though. Green veggies will clean out the liver and remove heat from the body. Asparagus will help the bladder in particular.

Try these points for the bladder as well. Push up to 5-10 minutes minimum: https://tcmtips.com/4-most-effective-acupoints-for-urinary-tract-infection/

Check your constitution. If you are a kapha-dominant person, using this mudra, which decreases water and earth in the body (note thumb OVER earth and water fingers): https://www.omhomeopathy.com/post/2017/05/08/mudra-for-balancing-kapha

However, if you are feeling excess heat, then I would be careful of directly removing water. I am not sure exactly how these mudras work, like if they first remove negative pathogenic elements first, or just the element in general.
If that is the case, then use the "surya" mudra, which is just the thumb over the earth finger: https://www.brettlarkin.com/surya-mudra/
