ok, the counting to 5 i think should be changed you do this to become more relaxed... ive never heard of counting to five but i usually count to 6 inhaling, 6 holding, 6 exhailing... another thing when you do the whole falling thing you acually have to feel the falling effect remember doing all this like your in the dark you dont visuallize yourself doing it.... you feel it, i can give you one example and this is usually how make it work when i concentrate on my back i concentrate on the falling sencation in this reagion... and one tip for you is... the longer the free fall, the deeper your trance praise hail father satan -thorn

Subject: Problem meditating, any advice please
I breath in for five seconds, breath out for five seconds, and imagine I'm climbing up and down a long ladder. Then when I finally block everything out and picture myself falling, my eyes will seal shut for about five seconds and then I just snap out of it. I can't seem to maintain it.
Any advice? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.
