power of the mind, how strong exactly is it?

Well, i heard awhile back that the mind could grow a new arm, and i was wondering if that is actually true if you worked hard on your mind, and if it is, would you be able to do something as big as a full body transformation? (not like on movies where they do it in a few seconds, i mean like over a few years or so). Thanks for any feedback! =)

We have the ability to be as the Gods, while we are only human. We can be immortal, we can stop aging-Magnum Opus. It will require constant  meditation, and vast amounts of energy, to grow an arm. Sun energy will probably be the most helpful, as the energy is wonderful for healing.
