Should I practice power meditations even though I can't enter a trance? And is it normal to smell Zevist energy when performing power meditations? I used to feel more energy when I first started doing them. Sometimes, I would start shaking and fall to the floor. Everything would go black for a second and I would get scared and come back. But, now that doesn't happen anymore. I don't feel like my bioelectricity is any stronger and I have a hard time doing the meditations everyday because I get lazy. How long does it usually take to empower your chakras? And how long does it usually take before most people can enter a trance. I just can't seem to calm myself down enough to do it?
