Power Mediations Question

Hello fellow Satanists! I was reading through the third eye power mediation on the site, but i only have one question it didn't amswer. How long should i do each meditation? I like to make sure im doing everything right. I normally do 30 minute mediations. Is that good?

I've been doing nothing but working on the third eye (Im not sure if i suppose to switch it up or what in one go each day seperately). The other day I actually managed to get a flash of white or something. I knew it wasn't any light source because the room was dark.

<td val[/IMG]Kool you have opened your third eye keep meditating on it to empower it more. The main thing you want to do is keep your eye opened.
