pounding headaches during training.

hey everybody^-^, i'm starting up spiritual warfare training again, and it's been a long while since i have..anyway it's been 7 days now and i have been having continuing headaches after i do my training; physical\spiritual.and it's not suddenly happening it's been going on for a while now almost since i dedicated (3 yrs. ago) i feel it on the right side of my head and my forehead like on my third eye. it' really starting to get on my nerves because i don't know where it's coming from <  in the beginning i thought it was the enemy so i tried severing the links but the headaches still continue. can anyone help me out on this?

You could be overdoing it. Cut back on your breathing exercises especially. Power Meditations should not cause this kind of thing unless you are doing too much.
