While it's true Satan and the Gods are the best teachers, there are A LOT of individuals in this group who try to play teacher. I see message after message of people teaching one another. Perhaps what this op is looking for might not be here but, were it not for others playing the role of teacher, who of us would have made any progress?

And, we don't use deception on the enemy? Really?

I never got that memo.

If you get up and are still sleepy, wash up, make your bed, eat and drink something. In doing this you should become more awake.You could also splash cold water on your face until you feel awake. Before eating and drinking to break your fast, you could do the Five Tibetans for energy.
