Possible blocked chakra?

I was doing the King and Queen meditation earlier today, and during the 15 minutes of remaining still and feeling the energy, my solar chakra got very warm, nearly hot.

I can't tell if it's either the energy I raised and that's what I'm feeling on my solar Chakra, or if it indicates that my heart chakra is blocked, as the site says a burning sensation or the like on a chakra usually indicates the one above it is blocked.


I will add though, that when the heat sensation first started, I felt my genital area tingle, and the same heat sensation trickling up my lower back till about the same area as my solar chakra. Could this have been my Kundalini awaking?


Any ideas on what it could have been?

lol no its not blocked, the solar plexus is naturally warm/hot , it will always be like that when you do vibrations for it.

Neither blocked nor kundalini awakening. It is simply the chakra empowered. Heat is matter vibrating at a faster pace. This is the same as whats happening with the chakras when we empower them, they vibrate faster, thus produce heat.

A blocked chakra is painful, very much like a knotted muscle. More of a 'burning' painful feeling, rather than heat.

the awakening of the root chakra is more dan obvious when its working, not only is the tingle, is an POWERFULL heat, u can even feel the shaking till ur nostrals, so the awakening of the 666 chakra must to feel alike.
