possible awakening?

i've read off of ToZ about the kundalini awakening and i think its happening to me but i wanted to get some other opinions about it. i have really bad insomnia where i don't sleep until around 4 or 5 in the morning. i have random bursts of energy flowing through me that makes me feel like i could burn a whole city down with a thought and deranged thoughts like...burning cities down. what do you guys think?

Just dont burn down my city _ lol.I have energy bursts when im angry.My energy skyrockets my breathing becomes rapid and shallow and i either want to break bone or see blood.I also have a random hatred of people with reputations of knocking people out in one hit and being bigger than me.Thats related to the thought of im better than them....also could you link me to where it says how to raise the kundalini?
