To me, most of porn out there is sadistic trash.

On and off there's a good clip from people who're into it(wanting to be seen) and it feels right to be consuming it... the rest comes across as absolute shite. Porn's saving grace(small scale, no studio) may be providing material regarding fetishes which are harder to come by in real life - portrayed by people who are somewhat attractive.
Anubis' approach toward getting your rocks off seems to be the most feasible.

I was six when I typed on google sexydotcom and there I saw all things a six years old shouldnt see, I remember calling my mother once to the pc to show her what I've found and she was probabily like omfg you shouldnt watch this, and from there I understood that shit wasnt good(for a 6 yo), I started masturbating early in life, and got addicted to porn(without really knowinng it was an addiction) and it went on and off till today, as it literally makes your brain think it's acceptable while it's not, I remember everytime I orgasmed I felt very guilty afterwards and had bad feelings about masturbation, this is over finally though, it was horrible to masturbate and feel miserable afterwards, I had to change this by using very positive words and completely cancel every bad feelinn after orgasm.
The first week i stopped masturbating to porn (the times I did) I had much trouble masturbating as my penis wouldnt get much hard, the part on ed is definitely true, then after a while all comes back to normal(kinda)

Same problem here about being addicted, but maybe worst. Even if I love to see girls' bodies, that shit (porn) ruined my libido and the power of my erection when I was whit my girlfriend. After a year of up and down ( and stress caused by this problem) I discovered that watching porn was the real problem, so from then, I've started to do kundalini yoga everynight (I usually did hatha), programming my energies to empower my sexual energy and libido.
Today I'll start a work to free my sould and mind from all the hang-ups that this problem has generated in my head (fear and low-confidence).

Maybe Saturn transiting in my first house made the things worst.

Porn (both videos and images) is definitely addictive and tends to create arousal-addiction. It also sometimes to lead to an addiction of consuming sexual services (escorts) especially for men since women generally speaking can get sex for free at any time and men generally can not.

The No-fap movement is not about celibacy or forbidding masturbation for life, even if some of them are christian people who do promote this also (which is sick). It's really about "reprogramming" the brain from porn addiction. This is done by banning masturbation and porn for 90 days. I personally think porn is artificial and not very natural since it creates arousal by watching pixels on a screen whitch also creates the illusion of having multiple sexual encounters. Masturbation and sex however is off course natural and healthy though, and celibacy not.

I highly doubt that the claim here of pornography not being an addictive thing is true. It's something that gives pleasure like nicotine etc. Common sense tells me that.

All of the effects are more pronounced on young people.

Once upon a time 12 or 13 year old boys would touch themselves while thinking about kissing their crush or holding their hand, and that would wire their brain into associating sexual/romantic desire and arousal with hanging out and making real connections with people, whereas now they can access porn and don't need to use their imaginations and on top on that there's the extreme content on their which desensitizes them to normal sex.
But the main thing is they are teaching their brain to associate the feelings of orgasm with a computer screen and not people. If you grow up with porn it changes the structure of your brain much more because it is still developing.

I think for any guy though too much porn and masturbation is a bad thing. Many report feeling tired weak and unmotivated after excessive use. Addicts can even show reduction in brain size some studies say. Makes sense, we see the same stuff happen to weed heads, all the constant excessive dopamine (which is meant to be used as a reward) is just flooding your system and making you feel good for doing nothing, you get burnt out, lose motivation, and then have less happiness in everyday life cause you expended so much of it on addictive activities.

Mainstream porn is prostitution. Actors are payed to have sex, so why is this even legal?
It's even more dirty than prostitution, since it's full of psychological warfare. Moreover children are able to access all Internet porn sites with ease, and there is no effective way to prevent this!
I think all porn sites should be banned! However I do think schools should teach social interaction, and relationship development, in accordance with their age and mental development and not some random sex ed classes.
