I think about myself and I'm turned on constantly. Unless I'm melancholy I'm incredibly horny. I know this may not seem fitting to ask on here but I'm not sure where else to go. I'm only 16 but I feel like this is in excess. I'm forced into abstinence by my parents' assumption of what I should be doing at this age. Is it really that unhealthy like it says on JoS?

Yes. abstinence is not natural and not healthy for the soul or mind. The body has ways to get around this, these are what wet dreams are. There is nothing wrong with masturbation or sex, and we are free to our own sexuality.

Mind you, it won't kill you. And if you feel uncomfortable with it for any reason, there is no need to put yourself in that position.
