Please Help With Planetary Hours/Some Confusion

I had this issue with correctly counting days in a working.
Specifically for Magical Squares!
So we do vibrate this everyday, preferably in the hour of the planet. So lets say I start the meditation at 8pm(planet hours) on Day 1. Day 2 has same planet hours at MIDNIGHT.
So doing the vibration on Day 2, isn't it actually missing Day 2? As at midnight Day 3 starts?
Shouldn't the next vibration done at 8pm again on Day 2? Or earlier? To keep this 24 hours apart? As 24 hours apart is from 8pm to 8am in this case?
Is each day counted as Midnight to Midnight?
Could someone please clarify this? I need to make sure I do this correctly.

Each day is from sunrise to sunrise. If you're using the ChronosXP program, each day will have the hours of the planets layed out. The first hour is always the planet of that day. So say Sunday for example, and the sun rises at 530 or whenever), this is the first hour of Sunday, abd the hour of the sun. Usually there will be two or three hours of the sun (or whichever planet) during the day.

It is best to do the vibrations during that planet's hour, but obviously this can't be done every day with busy lives, so as close as possible is best. Whilst theres power in consistsncy (vibrating at same time each day), it is more benficial to work wthin the planet's hours. Especially with magickal squares.

No, according to the planetary hours calendar, each day starts at sunrise, the exact time the sun rises in your area. Not midnight.

I'll give you an example: Let's say you're doing a Mars square working and it's sunday 6am, and you haven't done Saturday's vibration and the Sun rises at 6:15 am in your area. You still have time, because since the sun hasn't risen yet, it's still Saturday according to the planetary hours. New days start at Sunrise. Last hour of Saturday is Hour of Mars and its just before Sunrise, before Sunday.

Each day of the planetary hours starts at when the bottom of the sun stops touching the horizon, so when the sun is completely up that marks the first minute of the first planetary hour, this may be hard to see if you live in a place with a lot of buildings but you can just estimate based on your vision and the diameter of the sun.

Ok so its definitely should never be counted as midnight to midnight for a day for these purposes?

Also everyday for magical squares, the vibration simply has to be in between sunrise to sunrise of the next day(if busy), as long as it is during this range?
