Please help might be under attack (greys)

A person I know to be open psychically open recently told me they seen a man that was wearing a black suit with a white shirt, a black tie and black sunglasses sandy brown hair slicked back clean shaved looked at the person with a serious look and disapeared said he was bare footed too. I read on here that's how they dressed so that's why i think its greys.I am just a newb to satanism and not open psychically yet should i be worried about this and what should i do to protect myself and others is this common for them to mess with new satanists and how can i find out why they were here? Thanks for any help.

Do aura of protection several times a day, especially before bed, along with affirmations.

It is quite common for the greys to appear to new Satanists (as well as those who have been in Satanism longer) and make them worry and fear. Do not worry or fear! They feed off this, especially any kind of attention on them!Do not neglect your power meditations and yoga, be consistent with this everyday.
