Hello all sisters and brothers! I needed some advice because I am in a situation that I can't get through, I started the 40 day program, I had a lot of difficulty continuing but despite that I never stopped, the problem is that on day 9/11 I got stuck, I try every day but I can't continue it and it's like I get stuck, I don't know the reason for this or why it happens. I've worked so hard and I don't want to stop, do you have any advice to give me please? Or do you know why this happens to me? (sorry for the mistakes but I'm with the translator)

Well it depends what you mean by got stuck? Are you unable to complete the meditation and if so can you explain the manner in which your struggling?

Sometimes these things just take time and you need to just keep trying until it works, sometimes its better to focus on a different meditation and circle back later to where you were struggling.

Blocked in the sense that I can't continue with the subsequent meditations, I only do: the aura cleansing, the aura of protection, the basic meditation, the complete yoga breathing; but I can't finish the subsequent meditations, I feel like a sense of anxiety that makes me panic, I don't understand why
