plants and trees

i know this may sound alittle funny but i love plants and trees alot so anyone know if actually talking to them make a difference. i like to send energy to the ones in my room. but yes the question is can one communicate with plants in a way? im trying to sound less vague as possible...

Wow! THIS is something I can very much relate to on a few levels! I feel SO comfortable when surrounded by lush, green, particularly oak, as well, trees, that when alone in the woods, I can skip a dose or two of klonapine; and that says a lot! This is also an invierment where I don't even have to THINK of absorbing energy, it engulfs me! Flows through me like a cool stream. Talking, to the point of having a love relationship (obviously not sexually), but have held (yes I hug trees) and felt emotionally as I would holding a lover, have had some good, cleansing cries with trees.
And theirs the scientific level: with the fact that birds chirping BEFORE sunrise because the high-pitched sound waves open up tiny pores on leaves that enable them to absorb the sun light, I can't imagine our voices NOT having some kinda effect!
O.K., so now do you feel weird?!

There's a book called "The Secret Life of Plants" by Peter Tomkins which is very, very interesting and informative (and, I think, unfortunately out of print but might be run down via Amazon or something like that.)

no :) thank you eremosluko i hug trees too and i would feel like im holding a father when i do that! like a guardian and when tree are chopped down i cry :(

I know what you mean. I love to hug the trees and hug the Earth when I need energy or just to chill with them. I talk to my plants all the time and can feel them and so forth. Just cool to see other people talking about it. Hail Satan!

There was  of lab studies done on plants done that found they are sentient and react to human emotions and even feel pain and fear.etc   So Veganism is going back to the drawing board I guess.
