All you have to do is look under the mediations section in JOS and you will find breathing exercises that empower it.

also vibrating GAUM into the penial gland is effective.
HP Zevios Metathronos also posted a very good meditation for opening the penial gland some months ago although it is not for new people.

You can do a spiritual Jupiter square, focus the vibrations in your pineal gland, and program the energy to open and empower your pineal gland.

I did this very recently, and I got very good results.

After that meditate on your pineal gland and then just sit down, feel and observe.

I vibrated Satanama in the past it was a meditation that Mageson posted it would include the crown aswell. Does anybody have this meditation saved? It was years ago and I dont have it.

I couldn't find it, but this is a good one that I use on a regular basis:

SA=Base chakra
TA=Sacral chakra
NA=Solar chakra
MA=Middle chakra
SA=Middle chakra
TA=Throat chakra
NA=6th chakra
MA=Crown chakra

Satanama in the four pillars is also good: (Sa- fire/rear pillar, Ta- earth/front pillar, Na- air/right
pillar, Ma- water/left pillar).
