Pineal Glad?

[En Haradren Amlug]

Hey all, This was posted on the advanced meditation group but got no replies, thinking it might get some here.

I have always had trouble locating the position of my pineal gland. And as a
result left it for now whilst i work on other areas. I feel this is somewhere i
need to work on and it would be helpful if i could get some advice or tip on the
location of it. From what i've read, it is behind, just a bit below, and a bit
to the right of the 6th chakra. However this could be my memory failing me.

Also directed at HP Vovim; I was wondering what you ment by:

"..I find that the best way to visualize the pineal gland is with vibrant blue
cross-hatchings.."

This confused me.

Another thing directed at HP Vovim. This is mearly a suggestion, but it would be
great to see some sort of commenting system on your website to ask directly
about your meditations. Perhaps this is already there and i've missed it.

Have you tried the pineal meditation on the JOS website?
Feeling is really important with the pineal gland.

You are correct about the position of the pineal gland.
It might help if you just focus intense energy on your 6th chakra.
While expanding the energy from there try to "feel" the pineal gland.

A good meditation that helped me feel it better was the "Beatifull Meditation From Satan" on the site.

your memory didn't fail you the pineal gland is below and to the right of the 6th chakra-i have no idea what the hp means by cross hatchings-i just see it as a ball-a small ball-. try rereading the opening meditation for the crown chakra or the advanced meditation regarding the 3rd eye and pineal gland.if nothing else have your guardian put their finger right above where the gland is.

Oh I forgot to describe what it feels like when you have located it and meditated on it.
Its hard but I'll try anyways.
It feels like there's a huge pressure inside your head , like alot of powerfull energy is coming free all at once. Always accompanied by a feeling of bliss.
Sometimes I drift off and fall asleep when I meditate on it.


That's what I feel most of the time when working on my pineal gland.

Thanks again, i did the pineal gland meditation lastnight, and definatly felt the pressure against my skull, but it wasnt bad.
I didn't feel the blissfulness or pleasure thats described, but it was at the very end of my meditation and was falling out of my trance, but i will keep repeating it and working on it.
