It's a personal choice to adorn yourself with jewelry. No different from wearing your hair a certain way or choosing to colour your face and body with makeup and/ or tattoos. It's because you choose to look the way you do.

Do you think ear stretching ever had spiritual meanings because I read that it went on in ancient tribes and in Egypt and that it was done sometimes for religious purposes? Also, they said it would denote high standing in some ancient societies and warriors along with tattoos.

Piercing is pain full. Not every body can take it..

I think you should stop believing the false idea that the rock and metal bands are Satanic somehow. Because they aren't. Not even sure where you get those from. Nor is piercing and other things like here relevant to us because Spiritual Satanism isn't a poser thing where we dress in specific ways or listen to specific music or whatever. It's up to personal choice like others said. I look like a normal guy and pretty much dress like a normal guy myself. Spiritual Satanism, as it's been said, its something in your mind and soul. If you do power meditations every day and work to reach Godhood, then you're a Spiritual Satanist. That's it 
Other than that, whether you dress in a jeans and shirt, or like a goth, a clown, a ballerina or when you dye your fingernails black, red, pink or whatever it's just your own choice and decision and irrelevant to Satanism itself.

I'm gonna answer both questions.
As for black fingernails, the color black has to do with the nigredo(nigredo is the death stage in the magnum opus before albedo the final completion become a God/Goddesses). I would think that the rubedo, the signification of empowerment would be a far better choice as a reference, and symbolism or even white.
People focus far too much on dark, and negative, gory type things these days. Some people even go about worshipping darkness, and it's facets. Wanna take a guess as to how this all happened? Yep, judaism/islam/xianity. Because they are "so called" life promotion religions, Gentiles who leave them are so horrified that they turn to darkness, not realizing they have been extremely fooled, as they WERE following the most extreme darkness, and evil before. It's a very clever enemy tactic.

It might be done as a tradition for specific cultures. Pretty much like circumcision. But its not Satanic

As far as I'm concerned, the ones who try to dress 'Satanic' according to the picture society paints, are all xians at heart (fake satanist), my experience anyways. As Fire Starter said, clothes (how you dress/style) is irrelevant to Satanism. Hell, your gym or science teacher could be a Spiritual Satanist for all you know... Mohamad, like I told you it's not bad to listen to whatever music. It's only bad to have the illusion that they're supporting Satanism somehow. Nobody really said that you must stop listening to music if it doesn't have overt Satanic themes. Nobody. All I just told you is get over that false belief that rock and metal bands are Satanic.

Yeah I find piercings and "rebellious" looking things to have little to do with Satanism whatsoever. Rebellion (to xianity and such) is only rebellious if it has a meaning and isnt just a look. And with music, I came to Satan partially through black metal's romantic portrayal of Satan and its lyrics of which criticize xianity. And its fans as they are often very down to Earth, honest folk, especially the ones who write the music and not just listen to it to be rebellious or whatever. You can easily which bands are writing out of shockvalue and which bands are writing to express an important message like the hatred of and falsehood of xianity and the truth of the occult. Same with people you can tell who is rocking the rebellious look just for shock value. I personally wont get piercings because I feel like it is too flashy for me and I tend to leave others musical tastes to their own personal preference.Hail Satan
