Picking up where left off

Hello everyone I've been lurking on this forum off and on since 2018 and long story short I have been doing a lot of the full chakra meditations and made some progress there but I'm feeling consern now remembering this lifetime because I have gotten closer with my family and right now this life is great. I know it's possible to remember past lives but is it possible as much as to remember ToZ membership and past meditation method so I can continue and possibly contact family again ?
