I have been away from the forums for quite some time now, only being drawn back to participate in ritual schedules and the like. I hope everyone is well. I can't seem to recall my original login password and the support link was disabled, so I am under a new alias.
Anyways, I was hoping I may find some advice here. As I am advancing quickly in the technical field, I find that there is so much anger and resentment against me. My mentality always has been that nothing is impossible. No amount of learning is "too much" for one person. But everyone around me is so broken and programmed to believe otherwise, that they need to remain complacent in only being allowed to learn what others believe they are capable of.
I am currently having opportunities for learning taken from me, and the main reason for this is a particular individual above me in the chain of command. I will not stand to have my advancement compromised by one close minded individual. I do have a few people fighting for and supporting me in these situations, but I do not see this being resolved positively. Does anyone happen to have any recommended solutions to this? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
