RTRs phonetic transcription.pdf
By now I guess, all of us have accustomed ourselves to HPs Maxine's writing syllables that represent a particular sound. Everything is clear and doable.
And it was for me as well, BUT I wanted to shorten it a bit.
Phonemes are signs - not letters - that represent a sound. Following HPs Maxine guide which she always provides, I simply transcribed the RTRs into phonetic transcription.
Some of you may know them, especially those of you for whom English is not a native language, and which you're learning.
If this makes your RTRs easier - great! If not - leave it.
