Pendulum accuracy and the cycle

I sought the topic on our forum but the cycles were planetary. And what I want to ask about is the female cycle in relation to the accuracy of pendulum.

btw, I'm a MALE - just a clarification

So, from what I know and remember form JoS, when there is the Blood of the Moon (wiccan term or Pagan?? I don't know), the occult power of a female is greater. Now, does this mean that the accuracy of the answers gained via pendulum are more accurate than when she is not menstruating (of course, let's exclude VOC & emotional state for this matter).
