First off thank you everyone as you have all been of great help here when I am seriously confused I have been helped to the right way by reading all the posts.
This might sound stupid and you may say "oh you were dreaming it" but I was dreaming of other things and this felt VERY real and painful. At about 2:00 to 2:10 am I was violently awakened by an extremely powerful and very strong electric shock throughout my head and upper body. I remember leaving the bed and being at my feet by the wall instantly. It felt like I grabbed hold of a large breaker panel back. I don't know what happened. My skin was tingling for several minutes afterward. I was doing shoulder chakra and void meditation the night before, if that means anything or helps at all.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? I've had a couple sleep paralysis episodes when younger so I don't know.
