march 3 .. that time it had been 3 months since i had been mediataing daily for hours and hours .. had the worst heartbreak that day .. found my gf was cheating on me the whole time .. triggered some emotions to come out with some kind of energy that originated in my spine and started flowing through it .. not the kind of energy in kundalini awakening but something different .. not hot molten metal going through spine but some kind of force going through me .. then i lost control over whatever i was saying .. At 6 pm i was seriously depressed .. felt if something was trying to kill me .. heart racing .. like i was about to have a heart attack .. felt like god was punishing me for siding with the satan .. still i gathered some courage and went to the golden temple amritsar .. The words SATNAM WAHEGURU ..were echoing through the temple .... could see people walking in unison .. their eyes were moving together in scaringly weird unison ..like they were controlled by some otherworld entity .. cant reallu explain what i saw ..i am a science student and ripped apart between spirituality and science .. need help regarding what kind of energy i felt
