Opening The Crown Chakra

Saw it but I'm way too tall and don't have room in my house for a headstand meditation.I'd have to brace myself against a wall for balance and find a cushion or mat for my head.
Until I find my own place this probably aint happening -_-
and this sounds so fun too...

You know it has been a couple years now since this was out. So I thought I would re post it as newer people would have no idea. Follow the link to learn how to massively open your crown chakra.

Alright so I did this a couple hours ago, and I DEFINITELY felt it in my crown chakra :) However I've got a couple questions about it.I do Hatha Yoga every morning, including headstands. But when I did this as soon as I did the breath of fire, blood rushed into my face, especially my eyes. It didn't hurt or anything, however, my eyes and the area around them felt swollen for about an hour and a half afterward. I only did one full round of it, because I was worried about the feeling. Is this a normal side effect? Should I be fine to do 2 rounds (like I originally wanted to do)? Or should I stop doing this meditation? My biggest question is, Is it safe for me to continue regardless of this side effect?

Currently have a cold and wouldn't be able to breathe during a headstand, lmao. I should definitely try this, though

Update: I did it again this morning, and the same thing happened, however not nearly as long, only about 45 minutes. So I assume its just my body adjusting, and keep doing it until someone else says it's not good, safe, etc.
