Opening The Chakras

Ok, I looked on the JoS site and all over these posts to make sure I'm not asking a repetitive question and found nothing.

So, what is the best order to open my chakras in, or does it matter at all?

And it does matter, you need to have your 3rd eye open before you try and open your 6th chakra, for example.

Start from the 3rd eye , that's what i did wrong , tried to start from the others first. After use this order :

ive found that the third eye chakra.

is the most difficult to open. the others are fairly easy.

I'm having trouble counting each time I do a breath. Sometimes I would forget what number I was on or question myself if I'm counting correctly. I'm worried that this is affecting how effective my meditation is and I wanna fix this right away. Any advice?

Use a rosary or chakra mudras. Calculate before so you know which chakra that you should stop on. Or just count on the chakras. That's what I do, it works

you can use a rosary or you fingers when i do my aop i do it for a 5 count and in opening charkas i count to 10 when spinning them as well it helps me if it feels wrong then don't do it but if it's going well then continue hope this helped family

stop using the mudras and count on your fingers , this is what i used and i have opened  all of my chakras major and minor
the mudras are 100% unneccacairy all you have to do is vibrate and feel the vibration correctly which can take a bit of practice but will come in time 100%

Specifically for the "Opening the Chakras" meditations, the mudras are unnecessary. Mudras need to be performed in order to adhere to the Eight-Fold Path. The mudras just do not need to be done while doing the "Opening the Chakras" meditations.
