Imagine the chakras as energy vortexes swirling like vacuums taking in energy from three times since we are in the third dimension right? The front of your body Is for my personal opinion, imagine them to be simple orbs, but within the middle parts deep inside our bodies, I imagine them accordingly aligned and shaped, like triangles.
The first two, the red -[located on the private part] Than Orange-[The pelvis] deep inside their pointed edges are pointing upward.
Than we go to the stomach chakra this bad boy is like the furnace! When you grow higher and get to higher states of meditation you can send energy into the stomach chakra to grow and heat up and than send it sky rocketing up the other ones[ This is personal opinion and best to read the site

The green chakra is shaped like a yoni or a vagina like shape, glowing green.
Than we go to the throat, bright blue in colour that shape is triangular and its edge is pointed down. We go up to the fore head, now this is where is gets different aspects of what is what. This is coloured indigo, or blue violet. The one that is in front of the forehead is the Third eye. Inside is the 6th chakra same colour. Third eye is for seeing in the astral plane and for sending links to others for telepathy and many other uses. Triangle shaped from deep inside and its edge pointed down.
Up upon the top of the head is the crown chakra which is purple, triangle shaped, edge facing downward once again. Than we have the spine, where these are placed just like the others.
