opening chakras, third eye, etc...

I have read through the opening of the soul page and through the first seven chakras and I just wanted to clarify something.

It says that opening the sixth chakra is done at the same time as the the third eye, so in other words, I can do the same exercise for both the third eye and the sixth chakra for the required four days and at the end of each exercise align the sixth chakra appropriately?
It also says that all other chakras are to be opened before the sixth and the crown chakra page says that the third eye must be open before attempting the crown chakra. If the third eye and the sixth chakra are the same and all other chakras are opened first... I'm just wondering which one comes first and if there is an order this is supposed to be done. Forgive me if I sound ignorant I'm just a little confused and I want to do this right.

<td val[/IMG]I is very important to open then from the top down,because when you get to the base,the energy can ascend all the way up the other chakras with any blockage.When I did it I had a most awesome experience.When it flowed up through all my chakras and out my crown,it was the most amazing bliss that I personally have ever had.

No, it does not say that the third eye is the same as the sixth chakra nor that it's done at the same time. Perhaps you didn't read the page carefully: it only says that it's done the same WAY (not the same time). The third eye (between your eyebrows) is merely the front extension of the sixth chakra (which is in the center of your brain and the psychic powerhouse).

It's advised open the front extension of the sixth chakra first to act as a filter for the energies, because the sixth chakra is very powerful itself.

I think what I said is mentioned in the page about opening the 6th chakra:

"The third eye is an EXTENSION of the 6th chakra, which is located directly beneath the crown chakra, right in the middle of the brain. OPENING the 6th chakra [this is done the exact same way as with the third eye and should only be done after opening all of the other chakras], will help to activate the pineal gland and much more.
