Is opening all your chakras in one day dangerous? I've opened my third eye, crown, throat and heart, there's 3 more plus the other chakras like astral hearing, shoulders, hands/feet...
You should be waiting at least 24 hours until you open another chakra, because your body might not be able to handle all of the energy it takes from opening one. Also, opening a chakra may take affect on your body.
You should also be opening them in the order liated on JoS.
Which means you'll find it difficult to meditate the next day and maintain your progress... if you don't sleep well that is. Which means it would all have been somewhat in vain.
It is recommended to open them with 24 hours apart. Although, it is all individual. If you feel it is okay for you and you can handle it it is okay.
I do a full chakra session where I open up and empowers mine everyday. I do get a lot of energy and it used to keep me up at night due to the pain I got but not anymore, I notice a lot of Kundalini symptoms.
