Opening Blocked Chakras

As the title implies I need to know how it is you would do a certain step in this meditation. When you exhale after breathing in the White Gold Energy into your Chakra and it says to expand the chakra itself. My question is how exactly expand the Chakra itself? Father Satan led me to the problem through another working. I discovered that the problems are present and the Chakras need to be unblocked.

I thank you in advance for your help as I do not entirely understand the working.

Like how a lung expands. Except it's brilliantly glowing with power. I would recommend vibrating words of power into all extensions + central chakras to fully open/empower them. Does not have to be high repetitions, just consistent to be effective. Vibrations are a lot more powerful than breathing/visualisation for this task.

Envision (make) your chakra go from this o to this O. Brighter. Hotter. Faster. Denser.

When they are unblocked they are pretty big. Easily the size of your fist. And dense. Hot. Scorching. And fast.

Yeah I agree. Visualisation will follow naturally after doing the vibrations daily for any decent period of time ie a few weeks.

I think that means to visualize it being expanded in size and color intensity. In Bright gold light. In addition, void meditation will help greatly because you will have unwavering concentration so it will easy for you in opening the blocked chakras because one pointed lazer like focus.

Which Rune is the Thor Rune. I have seen it mentioned in the page about opening blocked Chakras but I do not see the actual Rune in the Futhark page. I even looked over the other names of the other Runes and did not see it. So, does anyone know which Rune it is?

Thousaz is thors rune. And it's number is nine.

Do I use it like any other Rune? As in putting it on the Chakra I need to open and then program it through affirmation to unblock the Chakra? Or is there something more to it, or a different method?

I ask based on the two first methods I tried on the opening blocked Chakras  page. Do I put anything else into the Rune working in other words?

You will chant THH-OO-RRR-IIIII-SSS-AHH-ZZZ (Thorisaz) into the chakra that is blocked. I suggest *feeling* the vibration in the chakra on the spine. The spinal or "back-chakras" are the ones with the blocks. When the vibration begins to manifest you will feel the chakra become "heavier" or "more dense" due to the increase in power.

Personally I suggest doing this each night from a new moon unto a full moon. Also the heaviness can feel like there is a pressure there.
