Opening Astral Senses

AvatarHigh Priestess Lydia Coventina4 min to read

Tomorrow (Sunday), waxing Moon in Pisces, and it is Fall Equinox. Good day to begin a daily working for astral senses.

The trick is to work on them every single day from now until indefinitely. If you miss a day, don't worry, do it the next day, even twice the next day. The energy is still there. Just don't give it a shot for a few days or weeks and then give up. The Gods want us to have our senses open, and having increased intuition will help your entire life in every way.

First of all, the Final Ritual removes bindings and curses on us. It literally does neat things to the head, if you do it daily. We have been cursed and bound for centuries, this Final Ritual is needed to fully open your astral senses.

Next up, runes. Thaur for 6th, Dagaz for 3rd. Do however many reps you are comfortable with, move up slowly when you feel ready. The soul is not a machine, we often need to stay at the same rep count for months and then suddenly we jump forwards and need to do much more. Pay attention to how you feel.

*If you haven't noticed the updates in the meditation section, it is now YAUM for 6th chakra.

Inanna and Isis are mantras to use as well, both are the same Goddess (Astarte aka Astaroth).

Pineal gland is mandatory for astral sight and hearing, it translates messages from the Gods into words we understand. GAUM is great, lie on your back and feel the area. The middle of your head below your Crown, and slightly down, back, and to the right. The 'G' sound really stimulates the pineal gland.

It is important to work on all of your chakras daily. The bottom 3 chakras are essential to working magick, and they power up the top 3 chakras. Do not neglect any of your chakras.

As well, color. I had noticeable results using Silver and an affirmation, even without vibration (I was experimenting). For those who don't want to risk using Silver since it's similar to Grey, use Indigo. Silver is shiny, glittery, luminescent. Grey is dull. Indigo is best for when you are working on your 6th chakra specifically of course. It's always good to breathe in the color of the chakra you are working on, and do the vibration on the exhale.

Colors: https://templeofzeus.org/Color.php

So the best thing to do, is to combine vibration with color and state an affirmation at the end. Work on your chakras, inhale Silver or Indigo, do the vibration of your choice for however many reps you want, and then state something like "in positive and healthy ways for me, my astral senses are fully open, active, and developing" (this is just a basic generic affirmation, change it as you see fit).

Make sure to work on your 6th, Crown, 3rd eye, Throat (rules psychic hearing), and minor chakras in the head. Usually just light works for the minor chakras, but it had been recommended by another Zevist to vibrate Inanna and feel it in all the chakras in the head. You can break this up throughout your day, such as working on your chakras in the morning, and then vibrate Inanna's name at night, followed by using Silver or Indigo energy and the affirmation.

After you work on your astral senses, trance. Working on them should put you into a light trance, stay there and deepen it if you can, for at least a few minutes. You can state your affirmation again once or twice at the end of your trance, and state it more times throughout the day, like after yoga.

I like to meditate on my chakras just by visualising them. I think it's been said there are different ways to stimulate your chakras and that energy flows where attention goes.

So I don't do the vibrations or hand mudras. But do the energy absorption, brightening and spinning vortexes with the relevant colours.

I know it's best to do the vibrations and hand mudras but please tell me I can still open my chakras just with visualisation. And the corresponding affirmations.

No, you cannot. Just like you can't on visualising on cleaning your aura or building an Aura of Protection just by visualising. You need to use mantras and affirmations, otherwise there is no base and no firm stance in building anything...

Tbh I only use visualization for cleaning, but I've been cleaning aura/chakras for over 15 years so I've removed a ton of build-up. I also did vibrations for cleaning a lot in the past, but for this past while I only do visualization and I am squeaky clean. My visualization is very good, I am actually as bright as the sun when I do it, my physical eyes almost squint from the brightness. It's not just visualization though, it's energy direction as well.

@PersonalGrowth, if you don't do vibrations for working on your chakras/etc, you will only get minimal benefits and never advance more. And you won't actually open them, open the seals. Vibration is mandatory. Why don't you try it, do you have problems with your throat?

Oh okay, thank you for the clarification Lydia :)

Interesting. I like the idea of using 3 mantras. I couldn't find the water mantra listed anywhere. Could you show where that's from?

I think I will try using akasha too eventually. I did find a link for that, it's called quintessence in the description.
agree on the Jupiter square. I will be doing that one as well and a prosperity one later (not on the same times of course)

Thanks for the feedback. This working is pretty adaptable. I think one could alter the color breathed into the chakras to silver or indigo for 6th violet for crown etc. The affirmation section could also be shortened a bit. The author said it took them 15 minutes but I think it took a lot longer. It could also be shortened with less reps.

I do 3 different mantra's Ialaum (the mantra of water) Inanna and Isis, all for 8 reps, i know it's too short but only for now because i have to do other spells so i'm keeping this short for a while. The more reps the less time it will take to open your astral sense's, if you can use the elements putting the mantra of water and the Akasha will make everything more powerful.

When Jupiter is not retrograde i will use the square to open my Astral sense's, i think it will be a lot powerful with it.

Here is the link https://templeofzeus.org/Advanced_Consecration.php
It's actualy Yalaum.

I directily vibrate the world Akasha for whatever reps to invoke it, just like you could vibrate the word Agni for Fire, there are many words in sanskrit that means the same thing and you can vibrate them.

Honestly there is so many things that i want to do with the Jupiter square that i don't even know where to start lol.

That's what I was gonna say. It's true that using vibration is more effective, especially for a heavier cleaning when needed, but the instructions for the basic everyday aura cleaning (like brushing your teeth everyday) on the ToZ include only visualization.

Visualizing the chakras can stimulate them to some point, as energy is directed to where the mind is focused, but nothing stimulates the chakras more than vibrations. Opening your chakras with just visualization probably only works if they are already awakened.

Thank you Tala, HailMotherLilith and Lydia for replying.

I've got it and will use the vibrations. Didn't realise I couldn't just clean my aura without doing vibrations. Have been doing Pythia's energy ball of light descending and removing and then the aop affirmations.

Thank you once again for the help and I will be sure to implement vibrations into my meditation sessions.

And to answer your question of why I haven't been doing vibrations with my chakra meditations.

There's nothing wrong with my throat.

And I work long hours and shifts and I always do the final Ritual as a daily priority. But when it's very early in the morning or very late at night and it's dead quiet. I worry about the neighbors because sound travels so much around my apartment block.

And lastly I like to lie down in the semi supine position which is from the Alexander Technique to stretch my back out.

And you cannot hold hand mudras or do vibrations lying down on your back on the floor.

I will have to sit down with a straight back and get it done in future.

@PersonalGrowth- I make myself comfy on my bed or couch to do vibrations, with pillows behind me, so you don't necessarily need to sit in a chair. And I don't use vibrations for cleaning as I mentioned, but definitely for working on my chakras.

I do understand about not wanting people to hear you (not sure why I thought of throat problems instead of sound issues, lol), but vibrations can be done fairly quietly, just make sure you're not right next to an open window.

I do meditations on my bed too and i close the door and my window, i live in an appartament too and i try my best to not scream when i use vibration but sometime you can kind hear me :( what i have learned is to put some music not even that high just enough to cover a the sound a bit, for other people is more normal to hear music than mantra...

I definitily wish i didn't live in an apartament but in Italy especially if you don't have that much money this is normal, the only people that i've seen that don't live in an appartament are the ones that have a lot of money.

Lydia, talking about cleaning, is it possible and effective to use Munka on a chakra to clean it from negative karmic energies?
I tried it today on my 6th, it looks like it works well. I ask to be sure that it will bring results (don't want to waste my time lol) and, would that count as a working?

#27

I'll use this space to make a related question, instead of creating a new topic. Anyone's answers are welcome, not just Lydia's.

I suspect that I may have a blockage on my third eye, as I have now been experiencing a sensation as if there is something heavy on my forehead. Something as heavy as a small piece of natural magnet. Yesterday (when this started), I even felt a headache along with this.

I'm still doing the opening exercise everyday (because I want to make sure I won't lose any progress before I stop doing it) and it's been effective for me so far, as I've been feeling pressure on my forehead all the time ever since I experienced what I mentioned in my first message here.

At this point I don't even need to focus on my third eye in order to feel anything there. The only time I don't feel anything at all on my forehead is in the first few minutes after waking up. Then once I'm awake and get up, the pressure sensation on my forehead naturally kicks in within a few minutes. It's like my third eye sleeps along with the rest of my body and then awakes along, too.

But now since yesterday, I suspect of this possible blockage. I may try vibrating Thurisaz 27x on it and see what I feel.

But what if my suspicion is wrong and that's not a blockage after all? Is there anything bad that can result from vibrating Thurizas on my third eye without there being any blockage on it? That's my question.

My profile picture is just fun artwork and not spiritually, historically or geographically accurate. Tigers are primarily from Asia, not Egypt.

Also, that pressure sensation spreads to the top part of my nose.

I actually recently did this with Ansuz through all my chakras and had good results it felt like my chakras could be empowered more now that they are more free :) And I was considering doing it with Munka after reading a comment from Mageson about how Munka is the destroyer of karma, great minds think alike ;)

As for it counting as a working, if you mean can you do other workings without the energy being diluted, yes you should be fine. But if you mean should you do it for 40 days, yes to this as well. Even 9 or 18 days should be effective, I got this after reading what Pythia wrote about how the cleaning for the Ritual will have permanent results after 9 days.

I suggest also to pair stimulation of the senses (the mantras) with appropriate training exercises where you use the senses, such as the visualization and sense training exercises available in the Spiritual Warfare Training program.

I sense you're an exceptionally experienced and powerful member. If you're on telegram contact me on @sinnerultimate . Do you recommend to keep doing the different concentration /visualization exercises after the 6 months or its a one shot deal ? Are there some of your favorite exercises that you personally like keep doing ?

Mantras and mudras are two of the eight steps of Eightfold Path. None of them is strictly necessary but the more of them you do, the faster you progress. So, let's not start urban legends about how mantras are mandatory while mudras are unnecessary, and that visualisation alone is ineffective. All are different pieces of the puzzle.

Thanks! I didn't think to look there.

I feel the same way with the Jupiter square, lol. Going by the calendar I think we have 3 days to start a jupiter square consecutively this year. 11/8, 11/29, & 12/20.

Something I just realized though is that Jupiter is in Sagittarius until Dec 2019. So we could keep going with squares till then right? :o

Mudra are amazing with mantra, Kuji in for example is really powerful. Visualization is good too but for something that needs a lot of energy it's better mantra+visualization, it will take less time than just visualization, of course if for whatever reason you can't do mantra then visualization and affirmation are the next best things (if you do it after yoga or breathing exercise even better).

Agreed, I combine as much as possible. When I work on each chakra, I do the specific breathing for the chakra, the mudra, breathing in of the color of the chakra, and the mantra. Plus visualization but I don't mention that as it's a given with the breathing in of the color, visualizing the color going into the chakra and the chakra being strong and powerful.

@Dypet Rod- it could be a blockage or binding, or it could just be energy build-up. Try Thurisaz as you wrote and see how it goes.

The only problem that i've got with mudra is that if i do like 8 or 9 vibration while doing a mudra then it's fine but if i do more i can't remember the number...do you have any tips?

No need to justify why you didn't mention it. The comment wasn't directed to you. I've seen people in multiple parts of the forum, including here, that neglect what you just described and I also realised that, whenever I posted about possible "ultimate" routine or "beginner" routine, I do neglect to mention these as well. In my opinion, visualisation and a breath exercise of choice should be used before every mantra and should be part of every meditation. I recently realised even HPS Pythia suggests doing a breathing exercise of our choice before we start most meditations. In the complete chakra meditations, we have what you described as well (the specific breathing for each chakra). If in some intermediate and advanced meditation it is not specified to align chakras and do the specific breathing exercise, I think that's because it's assumed one automatically takes that step, because we already should have it embedded in our routines.

Personally, I also spin chakras while doing the main meditation on them and I'm looking into incorporating specif bandhas as they are specified in the opening meditations section.

Sorry if I derailed the topic a bit and thank you for sharing this.

I think it's a good thing to point out that they are all helpful lest someone mistakes unnecessary or optional as useless.

However, in regards to opening the chakras it does say on the meditation page that the hand mudra's are unnecessary IF they are uncomfortable:
https://templeofzeus.org/OpeningChakras.php

Here it states the importance of vibrations:

have I seen it say that vibrations are optional so that leads me to believe most if not all people need to use vibrations when stated. It does say now on the updated versions rolling the r's is optional, but once again that isn't ideal just an option if you are not able to.

Plus alot of people don't want to be heard and want to skip vibration but that is not a good reason to do so because there are multiple ways around that.

I personally do not think it would do any damage, but try adding an affirmation such as:

"In a positive and a healthy manner for me, the energy of Thurisaz is safely and fully opening my third eye without any complications whatsoever."

Also, I can relate to you in a sense of the similar pain.

While doing the Beautiful meditation from Satan, I felt a really hard and painful feeling in my sixth chakra and my pineal gland too... I suppose this could explain why I also fell ill, but it could probably just be the harsh positions in my room...
