I was amazed just how well i was able to hold the candle flame in my mind.I am on day eight of the candle flame meditation,and I really surprised myself,on how far I have come in a short time.I guess all that visualizing,when cleaning and spinning my chakras,has really paid off.I feels very good,when you actually notice a progress in you power meditations.It makes it all very worth it.
