On being faithful or faithless

Recently I have lost my faith in all religions and became an atheist, but I always get pulled back into spiritual satanism! Someone in the Facebook group told me to pray to Father Satan to reveal himself, and I did, but haven't seen anything.

It's hard for me to believe in any gods as I am an atheist and without proof it's very hard.

While I know the christian god and it's nazarene are fakes, I feel if I were to believe in any gods it would be the Norse. Deep inside I probably still believe in Odin, or would like to, anyway. I have experienced his presence a few times even while struggling with my faith and religion. But even if I feel his presence, how do I know that's not just me and my wishful thinking?

Back when I was a practicing Odinist, I believed that Odin chose me. I even took his mark, which technically makes me his.

I think my atheism is the result of many years of seeking, and it was unfruitful.

Was anyone here ever an atheist before becoming a theistic satanist, and if so how did you transition from disbelief to belief?

Thanks.

When I found the JOS site I was incredibly skeptical. I was actually very afraid of satanism but it kept calling me back and each time it did I found it making more sense each time. I did my devotion ritual and for the following week it was like I was thinking clearly and moving freely for the first time in my life.

I began my power meditation and each day I find myself becoming stronger mentally and spiritually. It's odd, really. Heh heh. I'd always lived thinking that the Christian God was there watching over me but as life went on I realized there wasn't one. But now, it's like I can feel something there, keeping me close and safe.

..Hail Satan! Yes, i quite understand where you coming from. I was raised catholic and always question what seemed to me nonsense. and then, i was atheist, because i felt all this was garbage and lies. but-- i found JoS and all of a sudden something clicked, like i had come home. Odin, also know in the germanic gods as Wotan, has now been xianized and half the shit you will find on this subject is definately corrupted. you would do well to study on the blacksun666 site.

Well, Maxine was. Lol.

In all seriousness, this is a bit of a hard thing to explain. I was
never an atheist per se. I always knew there was a God out there, just
not what to call him. I knew the xian god wasn't real. I found
Satanism seemingly by accident, but it was so out of the blue and
random. I know now, upon reflection, that it was Father Satan giving
me a nudge in the right direction. *sigh* I wish I could find the
words to explain this better. Look, just because Father hasn't
answered your prayer yet doesn't mean he won't. He's busy, keep in
mind. Also, don't always be looking for the big, miraculous displays
of power. It could be something as simple as a very small sign. Do try
to keep an open mind.

Oh, and as for Lord Odin, well he's Beelzebub. If you felt his
presence, you did. Was it multiple times? Then it was probably him.
I've felt Father Satan's presence multiple times, and I know it was
not my imagination. It felt as though my soul were suffused with
light; that's the best way I can explain it. I know there are others
here who were strict atheists; they can probably do a way better job
of explaining this. I'll just say one more thing here. You have to
trust Satan and the Gods of Hell. I know this is hard, since you don't
quite believe in anything really at this stage, but you must do this.
Think about it, man; he's not going to waste his time answering you if
you don't at least trust him a little first. Try to meet him halfway.
I hope my rambling helps you, at least a little bit. If you really
want to be with Father, you will be; if not, then you won't. I wish
you success, whatever happens. Hail Father Satan! Hail the Gods of
Hell!

I was born with a heart murmur and praying to God NEVER helped but praying to Satan did because it's GONE. I prayed to God to get me OUT of a particular situation and it NEVER happened but I prayed to Satan and it did. You tell me what's what...

I note most atheism these days is another side of the coin of the jew program of xianity, hardcore liberalism.   The jews are pushing any atheism into a communist kosher box. It's to the point to be an atheist and state you have a soul and psychic ablitiy is real, is the one way ticket to a railroading in that kosher culture  club. The drive is to push outright communism[liberalism is communism without the economic modality]  and convince Gentiles any spiritual ablities are bs.   As Brian stated rightfully most of these atheists are simply existing in eternal reactionary condition to xianity. They can't go beyond the paradigm and evolve.
