Ok, My Heart Chakra is starting to annoy me.

In a post I posted eailer, I explained how when I meditate some type of hand trys to grab my heart.

Second problem: Ever since I opened my heart chakra, (if I did it right), when I try to clean it I have to struggle with visulization really hard as if it just won't turn green or white.

Third problem: When I try to spin my heart chakra in the EZ chakra spin (I picture a vortex white in middle and the color for energy around it), but just won't spin right or even keep on spinning.

Finally, this started yesterday, when I clean my aura and chakras after I was finished I felt a very intense pain on my spine where the heart chakra is. It lasted maybe a minute. This morning I woke up and cleaned myself again and the pain came again and this time on my chest as well, but after it went away where the pain use to be felt slightly blessful or empowered.

THIS IS WHAT I CAN REMEMBER, BUT WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS THING, I KIND OF SLIGHTLY HAVE THE SPINNING PROBLEM WITH SIXTH CHAKRA TOO, BUT NOTHING GOES RIGHT WITH THIS THING AND EVERY DAY SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENS.

if you have pain in the area of a chakra, the above chakra is blocked. So if your heart chakra has pain in the spine, the throat chakra is blocked. So you may have to do extra work on your throat chakra. As for your chakras not spinning? Maybe it because you rose in too much energy from spinning the other chakras and its difficult to spin any more but if this isnt the case...
Then you have to find the problem. Try to visualise your chakras and see if theres any negative energy keeping the chakras from spinning or being empowered. Its it feels like there is energy stopping you then it is energy so you can just visualise the energy as negative energy. Find the energy then pull it out of you and destroy it (astrally burn it or anything you want) then release it to the akasha flow.
You should feel relieved. But since you felt a hand, maybe a negative entitie is messing wit you. When you meditate try to feel energy around you that may come from another entitie. Visualise the entitie anyway you feel then try to destroy it and or scare it off. Maybe send the negative energy you got from yourself and send it to the entitie. Visualise the energy trapping the entitie from its power. Then visually beat it up and kick it out of your area.
