Obtaining Demon attributes through vibration

I had read on JoS that one can focus on specific attributes of a Demon and achieve said attributes for themselves, by vibrating the Demon's name. Would this need to be supported by an affirmation, or being familiar with the particular Demon one is focusing on? Also, how would results manifest (e.g. vibrate name of Crocell who teaches art, stumble upon sublime art-study resources)?
