Obliterating Saturn while having transits

Hello.

If any of you feel any gloomy energy from me - I apologize, I've been having a hard time lately.
I've been going through a few planets transiting me and causing me depressive and pessimistic energy and whatnot to surround me.

I've been doing 2 AoP for about half a year now and only recently has these transits been kicking my ass so to speak.

This brings me to the question at hand: Can I perform Lydia's Obliterating Saturn Working Step 2: Part 1 ( https://www.ancient-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=92&p=178845&hilit=How+to+obliterate+your+Saturn#p178845 ) while during a transit or should I wait until it is over?

It is a Solar return kind of transit, so it won't just go away in a month.. sadly..
I've been reading my chart to understand what was up and found the culprit behind my problems..
Although.. I do have to admit that this amplified alongside my self loathing whenever I end up messing up isn't helping, so I'd appreciate some insight and help if anyone can give me..

Yes, I understand that, but I am wondering if I can preform Lydia's suggested working in the Obliterating Saturn post while I am currently in transit orb for the whole year (Solar return reading).

You can do freeing the soul workings at any time. If you are experiencing a bad Saturn transit right now, definitely do the working. You can also do a runic working to improve whatever it is you are experiencing right now, and definitely clean your aura more than once a day. Bright light like the Sun, filling your aura, around your aura, and inside yourself, in your chakras and soul. If you can't visualize well, just keep at it, you will get the hang of it.

This might be random, but if you are feeling down, depressed, or anything (this often happens with Saturn transits), you can vibrate Sananda, it is Sanskrit for "Joy".

Saturn is not the culprit here actually..

It's a few other outer planets. Neptune, Uranus and Pluto.

I've read that meditating more offsets bad Neptune energies as meditation is ironically ruled by Neptune.
But what about the other two?

Neptune and Pluto are stronger in this one. And for some reason the Pluto one mentions of me stopping a crime of some sorts or something, but also showing a violent type of partner that could end my life or something.

I've studied my chart more, Lunar Return one and these planets (mostly Pluto) say I'll die a violent death, accidents will happen all that kind of crap, but I believe I'll be protected from such things repeating.

I say repeating because I connected a few crucial things that tie into my past lives.

So I'm a little worried regardless.
I've been doing those 2 AoP that I've mentioned with affirmations:

Algiz 88

Affirm 9 times:

"The energy of Algiz is completely, fully and permanently shielding me from any and all negative energy, negative karma and negative planetary transits and is protecting me in every possible way in a positive, healthy and happy manner for me NOW!"

and

Thurisaz 88

Affirm 9 times:

"The energies of Thurisaz is completely, fully and permanently shielding me from any and all curses, negative and destructive energies, negative and harmful planetary transits and is protecting me in every possible way in a positive, healthy and happy manner for me NOW!"

I feel like adding the Sowilo AoP when I am able to empower the above AoP runes and energies and just have 3 AoP a day you know?
