Not meditating

The first 2 months I dedicated I took meditation very serious (as it should be) but lately I've been slacking very much it's something I regret I try so much to get it bal into the habit but its very hard because of school. Anything I could do ? Maybe a thanksgiving ritual so satan knows I still care and warship him or anything else? Please my questions haven't been Awansers yet
Also not saying that I will ever stop meditation but I've wondered what if one stops? I have a friend and he says he is spiritually a "king" in the ranking of hell and believed him because the day I told him he found me in the bathroom and put his hand on my shoulder and said I can always find you. And he asked me why I turned to satamism. We're not really friends but aqquentenses. But he said something like a curse or something I don't know but basically
Is there a curse ?
And how can I truly see if he is a king?

<td val[/IMG]Good job on meditating for 2 months. Try meditating as soon as you get home from school or in the mornings before school. You should do a ritual every week if you can or once a month. It really helps. HPs Maxine wrote a sermon about the importance of rituals. If one stops meditating for a while then they basically start from square one. Don't miss even one day because this can offset your energies and it can be even harder to get going again. Don't listen to this acquaintance. You don't need him. All you need is yourself. He probably isn't as empowered as you think. If he is a powerful Satanist then you have nothing to worry about but this is unlikely. Curse? I don't know of any? Don't trust anyone other than Satan. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Yeah, finals and exams are coming up for me... and generally busyness.

Start small, clean aura twice a day. And then chakra spinning as always in any spare time you have, and just slowly build it up and try to make it a habit. Generally habits form around 21 days of continuously doing it.
