Not feeling the energy.

Hi! I dedicated about a 10 days ago, and been power meditating since then. Problem is, im not feeling the energy in meditations like "energy meditation" or "foundation meditation". Does it take long to get a feel for energy?

It can take longer for some ppl and shorter for others. Everyone is different when it comes to their experiences with meditation. Your doing fine just keep meditating and you will see results. Be patient

Took me a few months in the beginning, at first I visualized and had to imagine feeling it....until one day I no longer needed to try to
Also try some breathing excercises and of course, open your chakra's to allow the energy to flow through

Yes it does take a while when you are new, just be patient. It'll come to you.
