Nose bleeds

Does anyone get nose bleeds when they wake up almost randomly? I think this has to do with doing a'lot of meditation at once. i think this nose bleed might have happened to me after some crown chakra meditation or that 1 hour session of yoga i did that i probably followed with some meditation. Does anyone experience these nose bleeds am i going to fast? Doing the breathing exercises to intensely?
