I just did a search for: satan real holocaust using duckduckgo, which is the search engine I typically use, and it was the first 2 links for me.

I could use startpage, but I never liked it since its search results were from google. I am still testing other possible alternatives, and may eventually switch to something else, but these are the privacy based ones I know of so far:

Nothing is every completely private, but its just using the best you can thats available. The only other things I could do is selfhost this meta search engine, but am not to that point yet:
