I got written up Sunday,for raising my voice to a supervisor.She lied her ass off about what really happened.All I said to her was,I was very busy,and may not be able to respond to her carry outs(which is not even my responsibility),in front of the store.I didn't even hardly raise my voice to her.She said I caused a scene in front of the other associates and customers.Which is complete bull shit,because there was not even any one around at the time.
Now I see two problems here.
1.Things like this can make it hard on the rest of the associates,because of being afraid to talk to someone for fear of them feeling like they were disrespected.Which means we have to be very careful how we speak to each other when we are stressed out,and just need someone to talk to.
2.If you can't ever vent when you are stressed out,then that can cause things like a heart attack,or even a nervous break down,and put you in the hospital.
Now my wife told me to be very aware how others treat me,and if they disrespect me,then I should turn them in also.She says"turn about is fair play".Now I am not one to hold grudges,and I don't like to play that tit for tat bullshit.So I guess I will have to be careful, of who I talk too,and my tone of voice to them.Or not talk to anyone there at all,which is not going to work,because I am in customer relations job.SO FUCK ME I GUESS!!!!!!!
