U have to start with the beginner power meditations, because it's our duty to advance ourselves and empower ourselves to be self reliant to meet our own goals. As we do this satan will trust us with more power and work. Power meditations are important and to be done twice everyday morning and night.

Lisa, start by reading and study as much as you can the joy of Satan site. Then apply what you learn.Start the 40 day program to begin with. Also, study and apply some yoga. There is so much............but reading on the website is key. HS/88

thank you brotbers and sisters for the help. one more question, prayer beads? where do i get them and is there a ritual i must do before using them and what kind of incense is the best the smell ised to make me sick not so much anymore and help would be great.
