If you can't hear him talk back to you it's because you aren't open enough to the point where you can hear him. For most of the members I've talked to they've stated it's taken them a year to two years to hear the gods talk back. If you want to get started, here are the links that will help.

 But as for not being able to hear him talk back, don't get discouraged. He CAN hear you.
